He has extensive experience in 3D MRI image analysis, 3D texture, quantification of normal brain ageing, and related neuroscience problems. Currently, his research interests are focused on the computer-assisted diagnosis of lung diseases and cancer diagnosis based on the whole slide imaging using Deep Learning methods. Administratively, he is a Head of the Biomedical Image Analysis Department of UIIP NASB. |
